A Testimonial Release is a legal release signed by an individual giving a testimonial for a company or person. The individual gives the company permission to use the individual's testimonial or endorsement regarding the company, its products, or its services for advertising, marketing, and other business purposes.
The Individual acknowledges that the testimonial reflects his/her true beliefs, that the company will not be obligated to post the testimonial, and that he/ she will not be compensated as a result of any publication of the testimonial.
