A Model Release is a legal release signed by the subject of a photograph or video granting permission for the publication of the photograph/video.
It disclaims liability for an individual’s use/publication of those photographs and the subject acknowledges that he/ she will not be compensated as a result of any future publication. The Model Release contains a confidentiality clause to protect your confidential business information.
